Boone, Iowa — Substate brackets for the 2021 soccer postseason are now available for Class 3A, Class 2A, and Class 1A.
The first round of postseason games in all three classes is scheduled for Thursday, May 20. Second round substate games will be played on Monday, May 24, and substate final games are set for Wednesday, May 26.
Eight teams from each classification will advance to the 2021 IHSAA State Soccer Tournament, currently scheduled for June 1, 3, and 5 at Cownie Soccer Complex in Des Moines.
Tickets for the first two rounds of substate are $6, then substate finals tickets are $8. All host sites will utilize HomeTown Ticketing, which creates a digital ticket for spectators. Tickets for all games, once determined, will be for sale through the IHSAA Tickets page.
Substates are listed below with their substate final game location as currently determined. Sites and times are subject to change.
Class 3A
Substate 1 – Western Christian, Hull
West Sioux, Hawarden at Kuemper Catholic, Carroll
East Sac County at MOC-Floyd Valley
Unity Christian, Orange City at Sioux Center
Western Christian received a first round bye
Substate 2 – Columbus Catholic, Waterloo (Cedar Valley S.C.)
Substate 3 – Beckman Catholic, Dyersville
Substate 4 – Regina, Iowa City
Substate 5 – Notre Dame, Burlington
Substate 6 – West Liberty

Substate 8 – St. Albert, Council Bluffs
