Sioux Center, Iowa — Kaylee Davis, a senior at Central Lyon High School (Iowa), has announced her intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender basketball program.
Davis averaged 9.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.0 steals per contest for the Lions and she earned third team all-conference honors in 2022 one year after earning honorable mention accolades. Davis was a part a state runner-up teams this season.
“I chose Dordt because of the emphasis on my relationship with Christ. I felt welcomed on campus and I really liked the coaches, staff and professors I met,” said Davis.
Kaylee is the daughter of Paul and Keri Davis of Rock Rapids, Iowa. She plans to study engineering at Dordt
