Sioux Center, Iowa — Dordt’s Freddy Bullock (Junior; Sioux Center, Iowa) has earned All-Great Plains Athletic Conference honors at the recently completed GPAC Championships contested in fall 2021 and spring 2022.
The fourth and final round of the GPAC Championship was canceled due to sustained high winds on Saturday, April 23 and the standings through three rounds are considered final. Bullock shot 74-70-79=223 and finished ninth in the field. Top-15 finishers are automatically considered all-GPAC performers. Bullock played in 22 rounds this season and had a team best 75.3 average.
Bullock is the first men’s golfer to earn the honor since the 2017-18 season when Tony Kallevig finished 11th. Bullock’s finish matches Kallevig’s 9th place finish in 2014-15 and is the best for a Defender since the 2011-12 season when Ryan Kamp finished seventh.
