Sioux Center, Iowa — The Great Plains Athletic Conference has announced its postseason honors for the 2021-22 season and Dordt’s Kerri Kroeze (Freshman, Orange City, Iowa) has earned honorable mention honors.
Kroeze finished 15th in the GPAC Championship field with an 86-84-95-84=349 to cap the season and was the top finisher for the Defenders.
“We are very excited for Kerri. As a freshman, she showed tremendous maturity in her approach to her golf game and performed at a high level all year. We know this is just the beginning of a great college career,” said Dordt golf coach Jon Crane.
Kroeze shot a 90.8 average in 19 rounds of competition and finished in the top-20 in five of Dordt’s nine competitions.
