The John Deere Classic begins Thursday morning with the opening round. Defending champ Dylan Frittelli will be part of a group that includes 2014 champ Brian Harman and three time champ Steve Stricker.
Frittelli says practice rounds this week brought back fond memories.
Around 15 thousand fans will be allowed each day and Frittelli is happy to have them back.
Frittelli says the fans provide atmosphere.
The winner will earn just over one-point-one million of a six-point-two million dollar purse.
