Sioux City, Iowa – Evan Smith of Northwestern College has been named a Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Golfer-of-the-Week as announced by the GPAC Wednesday, April 23rd.
Smith was named the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men’s Golfer-of-the-Week. Smith, a freshman from Knoxville, Iowa, placed first in the Raider Invitational with a two-round total of 138 (71-67). He placed first in a field of 53 golfers and ten teams.
