Former Cyclone Star Steps Up For The Minnesota Lynx

Former Iowa State star Bridget Carleton has stepped into a new role for the Minnesota Lynx. Carleton has moved into the starting lineup due to a knee injury to Diamond Miller and the Lynx are 8-3 in the WNBA following a Sunday home win over the Seattle Storm. Minnesota head coach Cheryl Reeve says it has been nice seeing Carleton take advantage of her chance to be a starter.

Reeve says Carleton has added some offensive pop to her game with more minutes.

Carleton says this is a good Minnesota team.
