Sioux City, Iowa – A Hospers native has earned Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Women’s Basketball Player-of-the-Week honors as announced by the GPAC Tuesday, January 20th.
Gracie Schoonhoven is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women’s basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Schoonhoven, a junior at Dordt University, converted on 76 percent of her field goal attempts in a pair of wins. She filled the stat sheet with 30 points in Saturday’s win over Doane, the third time this season she has scored 30 or more.
