Ferentz is concerned about big plays from Michigan State quarterback Rocky Lombardi. The former West Des Moines Valley standout passed for 323 yards and three touchdowns in the win over Michigan.
Ferentz expects sophomore quarterback Spencer Petras to make progress. Petras was picked off three times in last week’s loss to Northwestern.
