Iowa State jumped out to a 14 point halftime lead and beat Western Michigan 73-57 in Ames Sunday.
The Cyclones took control with a quick start.

Caeb Grill returned from an illness to score 14 points. Tre King scored 11 points in his Cyclone debut. He transferred from Georgetown last fall.
Senior center Osun Ossuniyi left the game early with an ankle injury and did not return.
