Iowa State Visits No. 2 Baylor Tuesday Night

The Iowa State Cyclones are trying to figure out how to put 40 minutes of good basketball together as they get set for Tuesday night’s visit to second ranked Baylor.

Jared Butler and still-undefeated Baylor are ready to get back to playing games after a three-week break because of COVID-19 issues in the program.

The Bears (17-0, 9-0 Big 12) are set to resume their season Tuesday night in their first game since Feb. 2 and the first of three games in five days.

The Cyclones roared back from a 16 point halftime deficit to take a brief lead before falling to Oklahoma on Saturday as they dropped to 0-13 in the Big 12.

That’s ISU coach Steve Prohm. Senior guard Jalen Coleman-Lands says the Cyclones need to become more consistent to break through in the win column.

Coleman-Lands says the Cyclones need to become better in the areas they can control.
