Ames, Iowa (RI) – Iowa State coach T.J. Otzelberger says sophomore forward Milan Momcilovic is making progress as he returns from injury.
Momcilovic has missed the last seven games since suffering a hand injury in mid-January.
Otzelberger was asked if Momcilovic will play Saturday when the eighth ranked Cyclones host TCU.
Otzelberger says they don’t want to rush him back into the lineup.
TCU is 5-6 in the Big 12 and coming off a home win over West Virginia.
The Cyclones are 7-4 in the Big 12 and will be looking to snap a three game losing skid.
