Iowa’s Kris Murray On His Draft Prospects

Iowa’s Kris Murray tried to solidify himself as a first round pick in the upcoming NBA Draft at the combine in Chicago.

Murray announced he will skip his senior season with the Hawkeyes after a junior campaign in which he averaged better than 20 points and nearly eight rebounds. He also learned from twin brother, Keegan, that he will need to carve out a role on the team that takes him.

Kris believes he has the mind set it takes to be a pro.

It has been quite a journey for Kris who was lightly recruited while at Cedar Rapids Prairie High School.

The draft will be June 22nd in New York City.
