George Iowa — Jayden Mauldin signed a letter of intent to continue his academic and basketball career at Morningside in Sioux City. Mauldin helped the Mustangs put together a 19-7 record as G-LR enjoyed a State tournament season.
During his senior season Mauldin averaged 8.6 points per game on 46.4 shooting from the floor. Mauldin also hit 26-of-80 three -point attempts for 32.5 percent. At the free throw line he went 30-of-46 for 65.2 percent.
Mauldin pulled down 124 rebounds including 97 at the defensive end. He also had 45 assists and blocked 28 shots.
