Orange City, Iowa — Isaac Munoz, of Rock Valley, has signed a letter of intent to continue his track and field career at Northwestern College this fall.
Munoz had a standout, four-year career competing for the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley track and field team. Munoz qualified for the state meet all four years and holds the school record as a member of both the 4×400 relay and Distance Medley. He earned all-conference honors in multiple events and is a member of the National Honor Society. Munoz plans to major in elementary education at Northwestern and is the son of Salvador and Adriana.
“Isaac is a talented mid-distance runner who we are excited to have join our men’s track and field team,” commented Northwestern head coach Scott Bahrke. “He is a hard worker and a great teammate. We look forward to watching him compete for us over the next four years.”
