The 24th ranked Iowa Hawkeyes open Big Ten play at seventh ranked Penn State for the Nittany Lion’s annual white out game.
The Hawkeye run game came to life against Western Michigan last week and they will need that against the Nittany Lions.
That’s Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz. The defense will need to help the Hawkeyes hang in against a Nittany Lion offense that has scored 30 points or more in nine straight games.
