There is a Big-12 showdown in Tucson Monday night when third ranked Iowa State visits Arizona. Both teams are 7-1 and tied for second in the league standings. The Cyclones will be looking to sweep a trip to the desert after a 76-61 win at Arizona State on Saturday.
That’s ISU coach T.J. Otzelberger. Curtis Jones had a career-high 33 points in the win at Arizona State.
Forward Joshua Jefferson had 13 points and 10 rebounds against the Sun Devils. He credits the play of Jones for opening up the interior game.
Iowa State is 17-2 overall.
