No. 6 Iowa women visit Minnesota Wednesday night

The sixth ranked Iowa women open the final week of the regular season Wednesday night at Minnesota. The Hawkeyes are 13-3 in the Big Ten and two games behind second ranked Ohio State. With the post season looming coach Lisa Bluder remains concerned about depth in the post.

Williams Arena is sold out for Wednesday night’s game and the Hawkeyes will return to the Twin Cities next week for the Big Ten Tournament.

That’s senior guard Caitlin Clark. With the Big Ten Tournament already sold out for the first time the Hawkeyes expect to play in front of pro Iowa crowds after Wednesday night.

Iowa is 24-4 overall. The Gophers are 5-11 in the Big Ten and 15-12 overall.
