Cedar Falls, Iowa — UNI coach Mark Farley believes the Panthers still have a shot at the FCS playoffs as they get ready to close the regular season at home against Western Illinois.
UNI is 5-5 after a loss at Missouri State and dropped out of the national rankings.
Farley says a tough schedule and three wins against teams ranked in the top 18 have the Panthers in the conversation.
Western Illinois enters the game with a record of 2-8.
Farley is concerned about Western’s passing game.
