Sheldon Iowa — The Sheldon Orabs played host to the Siouxland Conference boys golf opener Monday. The Orabs posted a team total 160 to finish ahead of MOC Floyd Valley who carded a team 168.
Medalist honors went to Sheldon’s Tyler Merley at one over 37. Next in was Trenton De Haan of MOC Floyd Valley at 38. Rounding out the top six were Phil Cain of Sheldon at 39. Tyler Pennings and Tate Arends of MOC Floyd Valley along with Branden De Boer of Sioux Center all finished at 40.
