Sioux City, Iowa – An Orange City native has earned Great Plains Athletic Confernece (GPAC) Volleyball Player-of-the-Week honors as announced by the GPAC Tuesday, September 29th.
Aubrey De Groot is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Attacker-of-the-Week. De Groot, a junior who attends Northwestern College, led the Red Raiders with 11 and 13 kills eacah in sweeps of Waldorf and the College of Saint Mary. Her 13 kills on Saturday marked a career-high.
On the week she hit a blistering .585 to go along with three blocks.
