One college preview magazine says the odds are Nebraska has a bounce back season under Scott Frost.
Phil Steele’s College Football Preview believes the Huskers were much better than their 3-9 record last season.
The question is how much does Nebraska need to win to bring Scott Frost back.
Steele says the stats showed the Huskers should not have finished 1-8 in the Big Ten.
