It was Championship Tuesday for both Softball and Baseball in Iowa.
State Tournament trips for softball were decided in Class 3A, 4A and 5A.
For baseball State trips were on the line in Class 1A and 2A.

Class 4A Region 1 Championship
Fort Dodge 11, Sergeant Bluff Luton 3

Class 1A Substate 2
Remsen St Mary’s 8, Coon Rapids Bayard 0
Class 2A Substate 1
Unity Christian 3, E-LC 2
Winners advance to the State Tournament. Substate finals in Class 3A and
4A are set for Wednesday 7/17. In Class 3A Substate 1 the last two
standing are Bishop Heelan and Sergeant Bluff Luton. They will meet at
Sioux City West for a trip to State.
