The Sheldon Esports Mario kart team placed second in class 1 at the state tournament on Wednesday. The sixth seed Sheldon faced third seed west fork and won 2-1-1 in the first round. In the second round they faced off against second seed Woodward-granger and won 2-1. In the finals they lost to the first seed Estherville Lincoln central 2-l but in the process gave E-LC their first game loss of the year.
