Tanner Holoch Signs with NCC Men’s Soccer

Sheldon, IA – In an exciting development for NCC collegiate sports, Tanner Holoch, a Powerline Technology student from LeRoy, Illinois, has made the strategic move to join the NCC Men’s Soccer Team. This decision marks a significant transition for Holoch, who is no stranger to the athletic domain, having excelled in both baseball and football during his high school career.

Reflecting on his decision, Tanner shared, “I missed the competitive nature sports provides. I want that competitive edge back. When I saw the soccer team was forming, I knew I wanted to join.” His passion for competition and desire to contribute to a legacy with the newly formed soccer team underscores his dedication and commitment to sports.

Jesse Kuehler, the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at NCC, expressed his excitement about Tanner’s decision to sign with the team. “I am excited for Tanner to join the team. He is our 3rd signing, and he will be a definite asset to the team,” Kuehler remarked. Given Tanner’s versatile background in sports, Coach Kuehler is confident in Holoch’s ability to adapt and excel in multiple positions, particularly eyeing a role for him as a goalkeeper due to his exceptional hand-eye coordination.

Tanner Holoch’s addition to the NCC Men’s Soccer Team not only brings a competitive edge but also sets a high standard for commitment and versatility within the team. His transition from playing baseball and football to soccer is a testament to his athletic ability and adaptability, promising an exciting future for both Tanner and the NCC Men’s Soccer Team as they embark on their inaugural season.
