Van’t Hul to Play Softball at Northwestern

Northwestern College logoOrange City, Iowa — Kelsie Van’t Hul has signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Northwestern next fall.

Van’t Hul starred five years for Western Christian High School. Van’t Hul hit .344 and drove in 18 runs in earning first team all-conference honors for the second consecutive year in 2016. She was an honorable mention all-state selection in 2015 and was named to the all-Northwest Iowa Review team two years. Van’t Hul is the daughter of Brian and Markie.

Northwestern Head Coach Chris Nachtigall said, “We are excited to have Kelsie join our Red Raider softball team. She is a great athlete who has outstanding speed. Kelsie is a great fit for our program.”
