Vietor To Play Basketball, Baseball at NWC

Sioux Center, Iowa — Isaac Vietor, of Sioux Center, has signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball and baseball careers at Northwestern College next year.

Vietor is a 6’2″ shooting guard who lettered three years for the Sioux Center basketball team. He earned all-conference honorable mention both his junior and senior seasons while averaging 10 points, three rebounds and three assists per game. He drilled 41 three-pointers while shooting an impressive 45% from beyond the arc, leading his team to an 18-5 overall record and a spot in the district final game. He is the son of Grant and Bonita.

“Isaac is a hard-nosed guard with a sweet shooting stroke!” commented head coach Kris Korver. “Isaac has been coached well and he understands what it means to be a great teammate. He is a young man with character and a strong work ethic. We look forward to having Isaac in the Northwestern Basketball family.”
