Sheldon Iowa — Western Christian claimed the Class A title at the Sheldon Girls Track Invite Monday night with a team total 140. Unity was second at 124.
Among the individual highlights Erika Feenstra of Western Christian claimed the 100 and 200 meters. Unity Christian won the 4 by 800 and the 800 meter sprint medley.
In Class B the title went to West Lyon who edged Central Lyon 134 – 126.
Multiple winners in Class B included Micayla TerWee of West Lyon winning the Discus and shot put. Central Lyon won the 4 by 400 and 4 by 800.
Sioux Center outscored Spencer 132 – 113 for the double A team title. The Warriors used first place finishes in the 4 by 100, 200 and 400 to propelled them to the team title. First place finishes for the host team Orabs came from Bryn Groff in the 100 meter hurdles, Katie Kneifl in the long jump and the 4 by 100 shuttle hurdle relay team.
