Wolterstorff Joins Dordt 1000 Point Club

wolterstorffSioux Center, Iowa — Tyler Wolterstorff a senior from Sioux Center became the 34th Dordt College men’s basketball player to score at least 1,000 points during his career with his seventh point against Midland on Saturday. Wolterstorff entered the game against Midland with 993 points and scored 11 points in the loss.

Wolterstorff a Western Christian High School graduate has scored 398 points this season and has a 13.3 points per game average. He scored 394 points as a junior; 70 as a sophomore and 142 as a freshman. Wolterstorff has converted 322-680 career field goals and 68-182 from the three-point line. He’s also grabbed 386 rebounds during his career and has played in 114 for the Defenders.
