In the latest Radio Iowa High School Football poll, SB-L moves up three spots to #10 in Class 3A. In Class 1A, West Sioux remains top ranked, West Lyon stays at the 5 spot, and Western is still 7th. South O’Brien continues to be ranked #10 in Class A. Eight-man has Remsen St. Mary’s still at the four spot, Harris-Lake Park jumps into the rankings at 9, and Newell-Fonda continues to be in the ten spot.
Sports Scores For Saturday September 14th
Another full day of sports across the area on Saturday. Orab Cross Country along with a number of area teams were scheduled to be part of a large field at Holstein. That meet was cancelled. The Orab volleyball team was at the Le Mars tournament.

Le Mars Outlasts Orabs in Sheldon
Sheldon Iowa — The Sheldon Orabs caught fire late in the contest scoring the games final three touchdowns but it was the Bulldogs who got the win 27-25 Friday night.
West Lyon Wins 52-28 Shootout
Inwood, Iowa – #5 West Lyon topped Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley in a 52-28 shootout at Jay Rozeboom Sports Complex in Inwood Friday night.
