Minnesota Man Arrested At State Line; Charged With Possession With Intent To Deliver

Osceola County, Iowa — A Jackson, Minnesota man was arrested on Felony drug possession with intent to deliver charges.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy arrested 29-year-old Denny Phosy of Jackson, Minnesota early on Sunday after a traffic stop on Hwy 59 just south of the state line in Osceola County.

An Osceola County Deputy arrested Phosy for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine, a Class B Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, and Failure to Affix Tax Stamp, both Class D Felonies.

Phosy was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail where he is being held on a $35,000 bond.

A female passenger in the vehicle was also arrested.

Jennifer Lee Drahota, age 44, of Jackson, Minnesota was taken into custody for a warrant from Dickinson County. Assisting with the arrests was the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
