Rock Valley, Iowa — A Rock Valley man faces a felony sex abuse charge.
According to the Rock Valley Police Department, on Friday, May 5, 2016, their investigation led to the arrest of 20-year-old Kameron Jager of Rock Valley.
They report that Jager was charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree under Iowa’s statutory rape provision, which is a class C felony.
Officers say Jager was transported and booked into the Sioux County Jail. According to jail records he was released after posting a $5000 bail.
If convicted, Jager would face a penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of between $1000 and $10,000.
