Sheldon, Iowa — Some four-legged farm animals made a few people happy they attended Celebration Days in Sheldon this past weekend.
One of Monday’s events was “Cow Patty Bingo”, a game in which people buy tickets for a specific space on a grid in which they expect the cows to leave a deposit. “Cow Patty Bingo” was a fundraiser for the Sheldon Rec Trails Committee.
First place winner of $2-thousand was Stan Ten Kley of Sheldon. Other winners include: Jim Swartz of Boyden; Claude Struve of Sheldon; Amy Jager of Sheldon; and Jim Ferris of Sioux City. Each of those four took home a prize of $125.
