“Hamlet” Comes To Sheldon Summer Theatre Stage

Sheldon, Iowa — The Sheldon High School Summer Theatre has undertaken a particularly ambitious play for this week’s audiences.

Shakespeare’s Hamlet will be brought to life on the Sheldon High School stage Thursday through Saturday.

Addison Grant is the Director for this week’s production, and while everyone has heard of Hamlet, Addison tells us about the play’s plot.

Dakota Peters plays the Title Role in SHSST’s production of Hamlet, and he talks about his character.

Grant says Hamlet is seldom performed by high schoolers, but the cast of this production not only do Hamlet, but do it well.

Curtain time for the Sheldon High School Summer Theatre production of Hamlet is 8:00 pm each evening, Thursday through Saturday, and tickets will be available at the door.

Sheldon High School Summer Theatre performs a different play each week. This is their 46th season.
