Sheldon, Iowa — This has been National Library Week.

Several activities have been happening at many libraries in the US. The Sheldon Public Library is no exception. Library Director Ruth Rodvik tells us some of the things they’ve been doing this week.

Brenda Klaassen is the assistant director of the library and she tells us about a fun kids’ activity that they’re doing on Saturday to wrap up National Library Week. She says it’s a family story time, scheduled for 1:00 PM.

Klaassen says there are some more details on the Library’s Facebook page. She says just to search for Sheldon Public Library on Facebook. You can also call them for more information at 712-324-2442.

Director Rodvik tells us the library has something for everyone.

The theme of National Library Week this year is “Libraries Transform.”
