Roozeboom To Speak At LifeLight

robroozeboomSheldon, Iowa— For the first time in his 14 year ministry, speaker and evangelist Rob Roozeboom will take the stage during South Dakota’s LifeLight Festival this coming Friday, September 4.  Roozeboom will speak on Main Stage at 9:00 PM in between Rend Collective and headliner Tenth Avenue North.

Roozeboom says that Risefest’s association with the Christian Festival Association led to his being invited to speak at LifeLight.

Rozeboom says the opportunity to speak at LifeLight is a dream come true for him.

He says his LifeLight time slot, appearing on the festival’s main stage at 9:00 pm Friday, between Rend Collective and Tenth Avenue North, is very humbling.

The LifeLight Festival, held annually over Labor Day weekend in Worthing, South Dakota, is the largest and most well-known aspect of LifeLight’s ministry. The mega event held on a 200 acre farm for three nights attracts over 200,000 people from around the United States and various other countries. It is provided free of admission allowing all to come and hear the good news of Jesus Christ without any financial barriers to attending the event.

This year’s event features 5 stages and over 70 Christian bands spanning many genres.  Notable artists and speakers include Switchfoot, Matthew West, Colton Dixon, Tenth Avenue North, Rend Collective, LifeLight founder Alan Greene, and LifeLight’s Josh Brewer.
