Boone Iowa — The brackets for Class 1A and 2A boys district basketball have been released. In 2A Sheldon will be at the Western Gym on Thursday the 18th for the District 2 semifinals. Sheldon will meet the winner of the Monday February 15th play in game that matches West Lyon and Sibley Ocheyedan at the Okoboji High School Gym. Host team Western Christian top ranked in 2A awaits the winner of Okoboji and Emmetstburg in the other semifinal.
Boyden Hull ranked number 3 in the 1A poll will host a pair of quarterfinal games in District 2 on Thursday the 18th . In the upper bracket the Comets await the winner of the Monday the 15th play in game between Trinity and George Little Rock at George.
