Michels, Roos Are Sheldon Homecoming Queen, King

Sheldon, Iowa — Congratulations are going out to Sheldon High School’s 2025-26 Homecoming King and Queen.

Queen Bella Michels and Kin Kolton Roos will be presiding over the rest of Homecoming week and the Homecoming football game on Friday night. Michels is the daughter of John and Sarah Michels, and Roos is the son of Kory and Julie Roos.

In addition to many other activities, the Homecoming Parade around the school property will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 26th. The Orabs will play Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley in the Homecoming Football Game that night.

High schoolers are also participating in dress-up days this week. Wednesday’s theme was “Meteor Shower” or neon day, and Thursday’s theme is “Astro Athletes,” or jersey day. The overall theme is “Blasting Off to Victory.” On Friday, they will celebrate Orange and Black Day to cheer the Orabs on to victory.
