The Little Sioux Valley Conservation Association, in partnership with the O’Brien County Conservation Board, will host a Bison Burger Picnic on Tuesday, August 11th at the Prairie Heritage Center, 4931 Yellow Ave. in Peterson.
A dedication ceremony for the Main Floor Renovation Project begins at 4:30 p.m., followed by bison‑burger serving from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on a free‑will donation basis. The meal includes bison burgers, chips, baked beans, watermelon, and water, with live music by Larry Heschke. Golf‑cart rides will also be available to the Hannibal H. Waterman Cemetery Tour & Horse Cart.
