Monday, July 8, at Avera Medical Group of Larchwood there will be a blood drive between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Donors may schedule a donation appointment by calling the clinic at 712-477-2185, or by loging onto cbblifeblood.org, selecting “events” and then July 8, or calling Community Blood Bank at 1-605-331-3222. Donors will receive a $10 Subway gift card as a thank you gift.
Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with a signed parent consent form), weigh 110 lbs or more and be in good general health. It is recommended that a person eat and drink plenty of fluids prior to donating blood. Please bring an ID with you at the time of donation.
