The Sioux County Conservation Foundation is hosting a traveling exhibit at the Prairie Woods Nature Center now through the end of May.
The exhibit is on the Tallgrass Prairie and is located in the Meeting Room on the main floor of the Nature Center. This exhibit is interactive for all ages.
Measure your height against plants and roots, identify some common plants and learn their medicinal uses, learn about the history of the bison and the suppression of the Plains Indians, the role of fire in prairie management, and more!
