Hartley, Iowa — A Hartley mother is facing a felony charge in connection with an incident in Hartley.
According to court records, 32-year-old Annamarie Stallman is charged with Child Endangerment with Bodily Injury, which is a Class D Felony.
Authorities say the charge stems from an incident in which Stallman’s husband, 35-year-old Nicholas Stallman, allegedly struck her child with a flashlight, causing an injury requiring an appointment with a medical professional. Annamarie Stallman is charged for allegedly allowing the incident to happen and failing to report it to authorities.
Online court records indicate that Mrs. Stallman is scheduled to be in court on Tuesday, May 24th at 9:00 am.
