Lyon County, Iowa – A Hills man faces criminal charges in connection with an crime that allegedly happened in Lester this past March.
According to court documents, 23-year-old Donovan Dale Leenderts is accused of providing alcohol to a minor, and allegedly inappropriately touching the minor, who authorities say was under 16 years old at the time.
Authorities say Leenderts is charged with 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class C Felony, as well as Supplying Alcohol to a Person Under Legal Age, a Serious Misdemeanor.
According to online court records, a Preliminary Hearing in the case is scheduled for this coming Monday, October 12th, in Lyon County Court.
A No-Contact Order was issued to prevent Leenderts from contacting the alleged victim.
