Inwood, Iowa — An Inwood teen has been arrested on a felony sex abuse charge.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports that they arrested 17-year-old Joseph James Haack of Inwood recently. They report that Haack was charged with one count of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree, which is a class C felony.
We are told that at last report, Haack was being held in the Lyon County Jail.
Sheriff’s Office personnel say the arrest stems from an investigation in which Haack is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl in Lyon County on October 27th of 2017.
