Nebraska Man Arrested On Warrant For Lascivious Acts With Hawarden Juveniles

Hawarden, Iowa — A Nebraska man accused of inappropriate touching with two juveniles in Hawarden has been arrested on a warrant.

According to online court records, 31-year-old Seth Armell is accused of lascivious acts with both juveniles for several years between 2015 and 2017, while at times serving as caretaker of the juveniles. The redacted court records do not indicate the names, ages, or genders of the victims.

Armell is charged with two counts of Lascivious Acts With a Child, a class C felony. If convicted of a class C felony, Armell would face a prison term of up to ten years and a fine of between $1,000 and $10,000, potentially on each count.

The arrest warrant was served on Monday, March 29th.
