Sheldon, Iowa — An Orange City man faces a felony, along with a pair of misdemeanor charges, after being arrested by Sheldon Police Friday evening, February 24th.
According to the Sheldon Police Department, their officers arrested 27-year old Geoffrey Dean Oolman in the 700 block of Western Avenue in Sheldon Friday evening. Police say Oolman is charged with 1 count of Felony Possession of Contraband, 1 count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both the Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Controlled Substance charges are serious misdemeanors.
Oolman was transported to the Sioux County Jail in Orange City following his arrest.
