Orange City Man rolls Car, Is Ejected

Sioux Center, Iowa — An Orange City man was ejected from his car when it rolled on Friday.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says the crash occurred about three miles south of Sioux Center on Highway 75. They say 24-year old John Gray, of Orange City, was northbound on Highway 75, in a 2002 Saab, when he lost control of the vehicle which entered the east ditch and rolled, ejecting Gray from the vehicle.

Gray was reportedly transported to the Sioux Center Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Deputies estimataed damage to Gray’s Saab at approximately $8-thousand. Gray was reportedly cited for Failure to Use Seatbelt.

The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Sioux Center Police Department, Sioux Center Fire Department, and Sioux Center Ambulance.
