The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office reports that about 2:30 p.m., 62-year-old William Manchester of Orange City was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer westbound on 400th Street about two miles east of Sioux Center, when he lost control of the SUV, which entered the south ditch and rolled, coming to a rest on its top in a creek.
