Plymouth County, Iowa — A 53-year old Orange City woman faces felony OWI charges after being arrested Monday afternoon in Plymouth County.
According to the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office, the charge against Jean Ellen Blair of Orange City stems from a report received Monday afternoon of an impaired driver traveling south from Orange City. Authorities say they located Blair at a rural residence in Plymouth County.
During their investigation, deputies say Blair was believed to be under the influence of a controlled substance, and was arrested for 3rd Offense OWI, which is a Class D Felony. Deputies say Blair was held in the Plymouth County Jail at LeMars, and bond was set at $5,000.
