Le Mars, Iowa — A Remsen man is facing a trio of Child Pornography charges following his arrest this past Thursday.
According to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, 39-year-old Aaron Matthew Henry was charged with three counts of Purchasing/Possessing Depictions of a Minor in a Sex Act, following an investigation by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation’s (DCI) Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, along with assistance from the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office.
Henry is scheduled to be in court on the charges on May 4th, according to online court records.
